A perfect match

The Sense Tray was designed to hold the Sense Glass (275ml) and Sense Carafe. It also works very well with our large size Sense Cups (275ml, 225ml) like the collabs with MK Ceramics and MARVILLA.  This item is handmade in Galicia, Spain by the designer Lautaro Lucero and his partner Cintia Perez. It's quite the unique piece, with only 80 units available on the first run. 

Design intention

The Sense Tray is designed with raised ridges that hug the Sense Glass and Sense Carafe perfectly. The fit feels almost magnetic - snapping into place. The intention behind this is to make it easy to move the tray around, without the risk of the items slipping or falling off. There is ample space around the tray to grab and hold while moving it around. It also has a cork bottom to avoid scratching surfaces and to ensure a good grip to tables. We truly love using it every single day and we are thrilled to have a first batch available for all. 

Sustainable materials 

This iteration of the tray is made from an eco-resin called Jesmonite. It is a water-based eco-resin, free of solvents, with excellent resistance, and a texture very similar to ceramic. Jesmonite is also very strong and in our experimentation with materials (like concrete), we found that it's possible to make much thinner structures that are durable when using Jesmonite. The tray is sealed with a natural oil for stain resistance and can be re-oiled over time to bring deeper black tones after use.

FAQ:

Does this tray work with a small Sense Glass or small Sense Cup too?

It does, but not as perfectly as with the large size. The cups or glasses can be placed on the tray, but they will not be precisely held in place like the larger sizes. 

Do you plan to make one for the small size glass or cup?

We have not planned this yet, but we don't exclude it of course. We have made and sold a lot more large sized glasses and therefore picked that item's compatibility for the first release. 

Shipping date

This product is due to ship in OCTOBER 2023. Your order will ship when all products in the order are ready to ship. If you want two different products that have different shipping dates, please make separate orders if you wish for one of them to come sooner.
